Bought a used GR2120, not knowing when last maintenance I changed oil and filter. Drained and flushed radiator (green coolant), had new RED Toyota coolant filled up with it. Now I am paranoid that I should have used green stuff.....I looked it up on the google....seems like it should be ok, other then never to mix. Am I ok, or should I switch out. I flushed it really good before filling.....any ideas let me know. I only ran it around the yard, then back to the garage.....

You shouldn't have any issues with it. I never buy the conventional green antifreeze any more. To many of the newer motors can have issues with the older style anti freeze. I just by the coolant that says on the bottle "for all makes and models" 
Like Daren said. All i keep is universal long life. As you said you flushed it so there should be no issue at all.
