Carry All Platform as Ballast Box

"... this platform boasts a weight capacity of 3,000 LB ..." That a lot more than his tractor can handle...

For less money, this one seems more usable, with sides and dump feature. Most likely could only carry 600 pounds.

I had a couple of those 600 lb rated carryalls. Inexpensive and very handy but would need reinforcing for anything heavier.

At times I have used a 3pt carrier and loaded platform as well as a 5' box blade with homemade weights for loader ballast.. I saw a homemade carrier that would span and slip under 55 gallon drums making it quick, easy, cheap to ratchet strap a barrel of ballast to the frame..

I like the idea of cheap, easy, and versitle in attachments..
