Can't decide: 2014 B2320 or 2008 B2920

Further to my previous post, I'm narrowing in on my purchase. I seem to be down to two choices for the general workhorse tractor. (no mowing, no blowing)

The dealer has a 2014 B2320HSD with LA304 and 34 hours for $14700 CAD (out the door). I've got the dealer as low as I think he's likely to go on price.

There's a private sale on a 2008 B2920 with LA364 and 205 hours for $14500 CAD. I may be able to get a bit off the price on this one. The ad says
2008 Kubota B2920 with 205 hours. Come with front end loader. It was always stored inside, and used for snow removal and small tasks around my manicured 1.6 acre acreage. It was greased yearly, and oil was changed ever winter. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Please email me, I look at my email daily.
Photos show it to be very clean and appears to be new except for some expected paint scrapes on the bucket...

It's about 2 hours drive from here whereas the dealer is 20 minutes away. But I don't mind a 4 hour drive... I'm inclined to get the B2920 due to the additional capabilities (PTO hp, FEL capacity/lifting weight)... Some of the work I'll be doing is in the forest though so the slightly wider stance might be an issue. My buddy has a B2400 with an LA301 and his chief complaint is that he wishes his FEL could lift more.

I don't know if either tractor has a quick-disconnect bucket.

So if you were standing in front of both of these tractors with a pile of cash at hand, which one would you choose?

Is there a warranty on the 2320?
Of course the bigger tractor will lift and pull more but which fits your needs?
I have a 2320 and I am quite happy with it. I mow about 2.5 acres and the rest is wooded with trails that I am always playing in (working in). Clearing trees for building, a shooting range and planting along with mowing is what I use it for.
Either one will work for you and as you can see the value doesn't go down much even on the older ones.
