Bx2670 with BX5450 snowblower

Looking to add this machine to our snow removal fleet at the resort and was wondering how tough or reliable the snowblower is??? Any must have parts to keep in stock?

Would you consider this snowblower just residential duty or maybe light commercial duty?

The 5455Dh is heavier metal, bigger and gear driven. Haven't used ours yet, just waiting for some snow. But it seems to be a really strong unit

The 50" snowblower is as big as I can go due to all of the bollards on the edge of the sidewalks here. Only 54" wide to keep the guests from driving everywhere.
