Hi, new to this forum and was hoping someone could poinnt me to the right direction on getting parts for a front control valve assembly. I had an issue with mine recently and upon taking the detent out I discovered it had snapped off inside the shaft that control the bucket tilt function. Its a fairly easy job but for some reason I can't find a shaft for sale anywhere. On all the expanded parts diagrams it claims to be sold with the control assembly as a whole only. Wondering if anyone may have one for sale or know someone I could buy one off of. Unforturnatly because the detent snapped off inside it ( because it threads in) i can't just replace the detent and be done with it, i cant drill the other half of the detent and i can unthread it manually. here are some photos of what I took apart, and some screen shots of what I found online. Thanks. - jay

Have you tried drilling it with a left handed drill bit? Usually they will grab as the cut and the piece will thread right out.
If you try the left handed drill you will need to be super careful not to scratch the spool when clamping it. Any marring of the surface will ruin it. The hard part of my suggestion might be figuring out how to hold it while drilling.
