Hopefully parts chucking solves the problem. In case it doesn’t:
Have you inspected the wiring? A chaffed, always hot, wire contacting a chaffed intermittent hot, attached to a relay or switch, can cause voltage to pass to a circuit that should be cold. Don’t rule out a shorted relay socked. These could also be temperature sensitive.
The only other thing I could think of is that something crazy is going inside your starter solenoid like a broken bus bar or spring.

I swapped all the relays around. I just bought 4 new ones, and will replace them all when I put the new starter in later in the week.
Its been randomly engaging the starter while the tractor runs, but only for a second. When this happened before the tractor started itself several different times. I would wake up to the sound of it running outside. That stopped after replacing the ignition switch, but i obviously still have issues going on.

Is your serial number below #45946?
If yours is above, there are 5 relays.

I unplugged the black/white wire and the starter stopped. So I put a disconnect switch on the black/white wire. ON for start and then switch to OFF after starting. I used the tractor all day and the starter never kicked in one time during use with the switch in the OFF position...

Rather than destroy another starter might be advisable for you do the same thing as RK (post 31) did. And then after that apply logical troubleshooting procedures as others have expressed above.
