Bx2380 vertical exhaust

Thanks @GreensvilleJay it seems to be fitting snug on the exhaust pipe, its an old tractor so i think there is a lot play that has occurred in joint of the muffler. i will look around for shimstock thanks for this idea

For a vertical exhaust on Kubota at the bottom end which slides over the pipe from manifold i have major smoke leak , there is no rusted or broken metal its just that the pipes dont make a snug contact , i have a very very tight exhaust clamp on top , even then there is smoke coming out from the tiny slits of the metal
which is right at the seat level and throws a whole bunch of smoke at me, any ideas on how to seal this properly, would the exhaust wrap like fiberfix work or any other way that usually is the best way to seal the joint where the muffler slides over the pipe from manifold.

Weld it.
