The only problem I've had in the last couple of months since I've had the tractor is hydraulic hoses, so I haven't done anything that could have caused a problem. I've replaced 3 in the last week and now it's puffing white smoke and down on power, but only after it gets up to temp.
I'm thinking maybe a leaking head gasket or cracked head, but I don't see why it would be sporadic. The oil and coolant look fine, no bubbles in the coolant overflow reservoir. Could it be as simple is water in the fuel? If so, then why would it only be at full throttle?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really didn't see anything out of the ordinary in your video. Did you have this barely discernible smoke when you got the tractor? Yes, moisture in the fuel can cause white smoke, I don't see a problem, though.

When it starts acting up it is substantially down on power, it was my dad's for several years before I got it, and it hasn't done this before, it just started yesterday. I thought it could be a broken injection pump spring, but that was before I knew was only when it got up to temp.

According to Tractor Data your tractor is about twenty years old - almost new for a tractor. I don't know the hours, though. You could begin by seeing if you have good fuel flow right out of the tank. A blockage can build or grow at the fuel output. If you've not replaced the fuel filter you should do so. Follow the instructions for bleeding the air out of the fuel system when done. You may then want to perform a compression test to get an idea of the engine's general condition. If it's still misbehaving you could have the injection pump or injectors checked.

You probably have a restricted fuel flow to your injection pump.
Remove the hose feeding the injection pump at the pump, hang it over a catch can, and turn the key switch to the Run position so the electric fuel lift pump is On.
Do you have a good flow of fuel or is it just a trickle? If it is just trickling out, pull the fuel hose from the inlet side of the first fuel filter. Do you have a good steady flow from the tank? If you have a good flow from the tank, replace the fuel filters. If the supply from the tank is restricted, you will need to clean the fuel tank.
If you are replacing the filters, do yourself a favor and use the correct 15-micron filters and not the 30 or 40 microns most parts places sell.

Before I got it from my dad it got all new fluids and filters. I helped some, but my dad is retired so he has way more time and did most of it, probably to get his parking spot back. I had forgotten about it, but he did say that it wasn't running right after he finished it, he had to blow back through the fuel line, so there was some kind of blockage at the tank. Assuming that is the problem, I thought the problem had something to do with it being fully up to temp, but I guess whatever was clogging it could take some time to clog it again after sitting. I'll check it out either tomorrow or Wednesday. Thanks for the help!
