Center pulley and shaft for center deck blade is totally worn out. Bearings bad in lower holder. bad bearings in left deck blade also. Tractor is maintained perfectly. greased properly and so fourth. Also upon inspecting I thought the center shaft bearing in gear box was bad due to wobble in shaft, upon disassembly i noticed bearing tight but bevel gear is loose on shaft. The key way in pulley was almost cut into two pieces and has worn the inside off the shaft. This is my 2nd bx and not very happy. the first mower was always quieter when new than this one was. I am suspecting that this is a bad machining either on pulley or on the shaft. Whoever has belt slap problem i would take mower off and inspect. these parts are very pricey to only last 490 hours of machine use not mower use. 100 hours was non mower use.
