Dan, it will be a while. The tractor is in Arkansas & I'm in Ft. Worth. All I did was make a short 2"X2" angle that closed the gap across the opening that allows the round bar to slide into place. Because I used 1/2" thick steel to make the ears, I drilled and tapped a 1/2" threaded hole for the bolt to screw into. It was the quickest thing I could come up with. It requires a little effort put in place, but well worth the trouble. Hope this helps. pat

Pat glad your dad is ok!! that could have been real bad real quick!!

I have had some close calls but both times I should not have been doing what I was doing..... I need to fresh-in up on my operators safety practices :D
