i have been having issues with bucket tilt , i found out that both tilt cylinder rods are bent. replaced both cylinders and when you pull or push the lever the line to the will pressurize but the bucket wont move. i swapped the lines from the lift cylinders and the bucket works fine and the lift has no response. i want to replace the control but they all have an in and an out port but havent found them with the PB port?

There is a PB sleeve that is added into the valve port (Tank return or neutral)

It sounds like you have one set of lines to the new bucket cylinders reversed so that they are working against each other.
Consider posting some photos of the FEL cyinders and plumbing.

Your control valve is not the problem. You have a problem with the hydraulic connections.
