BT1100 backhoe

I have a L48 tractor with a bt1100 backhoe. The up function on boom does not work, all other functions work fine. Have replaced seals on boom cylinder, and cleaned and replaced o-rings on relief valve. Need suggestions as what to do next.

What you shoukd have done first - check basic operation of the boom work circuit:

Disconnect hose at boom cylinder and operate valve to check for flow.

If no flow spool is not opening - possibly mechanical problem with control lever linkage.

If flow check pressure. No pressure you have a pressure leak somewhere in the circuit. Possibly port relief on boom control valve.
