I'd love to hook up my phone to the radio. Downloaded the manual online. Seems there's one menu missing, can't pair it.

Just a guess here, but did you press the mode button until it displayed BT Audio on display? Read the NOTE just below Bluetooth Menu Options in the first pic you posted.
