I have a bx2360. How much combined weight between the tires and 3 pt hitch can I use without damaging the tractor or nulling the warrantee?

The manual or the specifications should rate the lifting capacity of the 3 PH. Anything up to that weight should be fine.
My BX2200 is rated to lift 680 pounds with the 3 PH as a point of reference.
Filled tires don't put any stress on the frame since they contact the ground.
