I finally got the b7300 I saved from salvage back together. It turned out better than I thought. No leaks and everything working. Except governor. It cranks OK but does rev up and rich when it starts. Black fuel smoke. Almost no blow by. It runs well, but when climbing a hill it just slows down and and the governor never seems to pull in. It's also smoking a little but I believe it to be light fuel smoke.
