So when I park my B7100 my Backhoe bleeds off so every time I start it I have to turn the PTO on and put the backhoe up it doesn’t bleed all the way down just a little it just bothers me

Both of mine do it, in fact every one I'v ever heard of does it. I finally got tired of it and made a support for it, see pics. I also have a design in my head for a large lock that will hold it down by the boom pivot, but now that I have an excavator, I may never get around to fabricating it.

Here are a couple pics of a travel lock from a large Kubota that was parked down the street.
I was going to copy this design, but alter it to fit the B670.

Test the cylinder to see what fault you have.

BH cyliinders lead a tough life.

Unlikely to be the valve.
