Looking for a used tiller attachment for my B6100 tractor. And suggestions as to what size tiller should be used. Thanks in advance.

I run a 42" BEFCO tiller behind my B7100. It works good. I have borrowed my brothers 48" tiller and that worked ok also. A B7100 has 16 hp. Your B6100 I think has 14 hp. A lot depends on your soil type how hard and how many rocks. I also have a 36" kubota tiller that I use in between rows of potatoes in the summer to keep the weeds down. The 36" tiller was originally sold for the B5100 with 12 hp. If you are looking for used I would not get anything larger than 48". It kind of depends on what you find on the market. My first tiller was the 36" and I still would be using that for all my tilling if I had not found such a good deal on the BEFCO 42".
