Looking to remove the head liner of my cab but not sure how to remove the plastic rivet type thing thats holding it in place. Appreciate the help!
That looks to me like one of those clips where you have to push the centre pin through fully (and hopefully find it again) before you can pull the clip out.Here's what Messicks shows:

That might be the best case. I'm not familiar with them. You'd need enough free space behind them to push the center fully through. Can't tell from the picture if the center pin would catch on the way through and stop it.
