Are you talking about retainer clips like these? If so you'll likely need a kit to replace the ones that don't come out easily. Just search Amazon - body panel clips, retainer clips, etc.
If not take a picture and post it.

Those things (plastic clips) are a PITA, especially in the cold. Warming the tractor cab up will help, if possible.

I have a couple of the above posted “special tools” and they rarley work.

My “ best tool” for those style clips has been a 45 degree, long needle nose pliers.

Can’t say that even those are “great” though.

Sometimes clips have a pin that has to be pushed through first (instead of pulled out) before the clip can be pulled out, so not the type pictured above.

I would not know what type Kubota used in this case. You can check the part number in the parts catalogue and you may find a picture of the clip which reveals how to remove them.

That looks to me like one of those clips where you have to push the centre pin through fully (and hopefully find it again) before you can pull the clip out.
That might be the best case. I'm not familiar with them. You'd need enough free space behind them to push the center fully through. Can't tell from the picture if the center pin would catch on the way through and stop it. Someone here likely can tell us from their experience.

If there is not enough space you can try levering out the clip the same time. I use a lever tool for that.

If anything else fails you have to drill out the centre pin. But do not drill too deep

Do not push the center all the way through.

When installing you push the center in and it spreads the tongs (for lack of a better term) to lock it into place. To remove pry the center back out and it should release the tongs so you can just pull the thing out. A very small flat screw driver works well for that.

DO NOT buy them from Messick's for $3.09 each. You can get a whole assortment for $10 - $20.
