B2650 bucket slow to open

On my B2710 doing the same thing I found one of the spool caps was so full of rust it wouldn't let me curl the bucket toward me. The spool was just bottoming out in a pile of rust at the bottom of the cap. It was a quick fix with some naval jelly and a good lube under that cap. I can't find a picture of your model to identify the exact cap you need to pull.

Make sure your 3PT lever is not locked all the way up, I know with mine if you have the 3 pt at the highest setting the loader lags
