B1702: Should I buy it?

I'm looking at a used B1702. It comes with a tiller, so I suspect it's a grey-market rice paddy tractor.

What should I be aware of?

Can English service manuals be found for this model?

Does it have the Kioti transmission and will tranny parts be hard to find?

Any advice gratefully received.
