I have a B1550D that is making oil and I tried replacing the seal on my hydraulic pump shaft, but within 10 hours I started making oil again. I sent out a oil sample and the analysis shows no coolant or fuel in the oil sump. They cant till if its Kubota UTD fluid in sump due to the additivies in the UTD fluid being very similer to the rotella 10w-30 T4 in engine. I am looking for an affordable aftermarket pump that fits in the tight area its mounted does anyone have any brands of good P/N 67810-76100 pumps?

Yes I saw those too but I dont see many reviews on them. Its such a tight area that it needs to be the same size. Was hopping someone would have feedback on anaftermarket pump that worked for them
Same pump was used on the B8200. At $90 not much of a risk. Do you have any real evidence your pump is leaking?

On my other forum you helped me out alot I replaced the oem pump shaft seal. I did see damage on the tang of the pump and in the slot of the gear shaft, but dicided to still try to just replace seal and deal with the tang and slot in the future. We after i put it back together I serviced the engine oil and the transmisson and monitored it. I found after 18 hrs I had a half to 1 inch above the full line in the engine sump. The transmission fluid is so hard to consistantly get the same reading. I always drop the 3 point handle down and release the pressure in the loader when shutting it off. But it seemed the transmission fluid dropped as well. Now when i did assemble the gear reduction housing for hydraulic pump i did notice an oil fill and drain plug on it so I did fill that with some engine oil to allow the gears to get some lubricant. I dont think much oil gets to those gears becuase the one going into engine had like a big spacer. I

Is there a way to test the pump like to pressure test it? The oil analysis said no fuel and no coolant so I cant think of anything else getting into the engine.

Its easy to pressure test the pump but that wont answer the question of whether the input shaft seal is leaking. For that you need to visually inspect the seal and monitor fluid levels.

I replaced the seal 18 hours ago. I cant feel it has to be the wear between tang and slot on the gear.
I have no idea what that means. Wear on the tang alone wont leak oil.

I am struggling to connect this seal question with your past issues. What happened and what did you do?

Here is the link to my last forum https://www.orangetractortalks.com/...0d-hydraulic-fluid-in-engine-crankcase.79961/.
I originally was getting oil into my engine sump so I removed my hydraulic pump and visual inspected the pump shaft seal. I didnt see any visual damage but decided to replace it anyways( when i removed the seal I inspected the shaft and it look good as well). During that time a found some metal peices from the tang and slot caused the bearings in the gear reduction housing to have some drag so I replaced those as well. Put everything back together and with new gaskets and bearings and with 18 hrs my engine sump is still increasing. So im really not sure if the hydro pump is maybe

I remember. Seems like we covered all this in that thread.
