I just ordered an set of Artillian SSQA Pallet Forks.

Chris has been working on adapting his very popular pallet fork frame for SSQA equipped loaders. Until now only the green tractors could use his pallet fork frame. When he released his grapple that fits on the fork frame I started to get green with envy.

I have a B3200 with a LA504 pin-on loader. It is my first Kubota tractor and for the past two years I have been having a ball with it. The only feature that I missed from my old deere was the quick attach bucket.

Once Chris told me that the SSQA frame was going to happen I ordered the SSQA adapter for the LA534 loader. It fits the LA504 perfectly.

Why Artillian? While there are several other alternatives, none I have found match what Chris offers. For starters he is a US based small business owner. Second, he is purported to be very meticulous in everything he does. I have never read a bad review of his products. The biggest reason is that his pallet fork frame is designed for SCUT and CUT tractors. It is one of the lightest & strongest fork systems I have been able to find.

I call it a "fork system" since you can mount several things to it, not just forks. He has an adapter for a 3 point quick hitch, a grapple, and several other goodies. The SSQA frame is a bit heavier duty than the standard fork frame since it will fit any SSQA loader. I ordered the one with the built in 2" receiver. The grapple is what I am really after and that will come soon.

My fork set is on the truck and headed my way. I should have it later this week. I have been waiting on this for a while and I can't wait for Santa to back his semi to the loading dock at work. :D

Here is a link to his site if anyone is interested: http://www.artillian.com/30-SSQA_PalletForkSets.htm

When it gets here I will post more.

They are here! This afternoon my new forks arrived! :D

It has been a bit of a wait, and I am not known for being patient... but I am really glad that I waited.

The design, fit and finish of the fork frame is an absolute work of art. The bonus, it is powder coated Gray. A little lighter than Kubota gray, but pretty darn close.

I had it delivered to the shop. Unpacked it there and put it in the work van to bring it home. Easily carried the frame and forks by hand. I didn't put it on a scale, but I think the 42" forks are heavier than the frame. It was well secured to the pallet and very well packaged. There isn't a scratch on it,....yet.

When I first connected it to the loader, for a second I thought it wasn't going to fit, but fit it did....just like a glove. It sure doesn't take much to recognize the attention to detail that went into this frame.

Since it was close to sunset so I didn't get much time to play with it or take many pictures. Hopefully this weekend we will have some decent weather and I can get some seat time.

Next step is to get the 3rd function put on the tractor so that I can add the grapple.

Thanks for letting me show off my newest toy!

Nice, I have the Titan QA Solid Plate. I'm wishing it was hollow between the frames like yours. Cant see where the forks are. may have to bring it to work and hit it with the Plasma cutter. Yours are nice, I like how he corrected for the angle offset of the bucket (tapered top to bottom) Enjoy :)

Thanks Fastdonzi and KennyD4110.

I am still learning the feel for the forks and am glad that I have a narrow hood. I can see where a solid plate would block some of the vision. Nice that you have access to a plasma cutter.

I am also glad that I got the 42" forks. Depending on where you have them positioned seeing the tips is a learning experience. I think you have an altitude advantage with your L over my B.

I am also learning a new meaning of finness with the dump/curl circuit.

I like that design, having that receiver on the frame could come in really handy too.

Are you planning on getting the grapple add-on or any of the other attachments?
Oops, sorry Kenny, I missed your question....

Yes, I do plan on adding the grapple and two grapple beds.

Actually the additional attachments is why I chose the Artillian frame.

It seems like every time you turn around he is coming up with something else you can do with his frame.

Landpride makes a 3rd function kit for the LA504 loader which will be my next purchase, then the grapple, and later the additional beds.

It is nice that I can also do this in budgetary increments.
