Thought I'd introduce myself, been lurking here while in the process of buying a tractor, and the help has been priceless.

I'm new here, but also new to tractors (drove an old 40's era Massey Harris when I was a kid). I'm learning as I go along, I will say though that my dealer has been amazing. Even came out to my place a couple of times to check a long hill that I have to see if the tractor was capable of doing it. It performed wonderfully when they brought it out here for a "test run". Loved it so much I told them to leave it here! Went in this morning and finished the paperwork. Guess I own it now!

Really took a lot of decision making to finally pull the trigger, but with a 1000' driveway and 6 acres, 3 of which are brush, it was the only choice I had. Especially now that I'm retiring. No more walk-behind snowblowing for this guy!

Anyways, this thread is useless without pics, so here's the new 2650HSTC with LA534 loader and Land Pride RCR1260 cutter.

(Looks like I'll have to figure out how to upload a pic here shortly......)

Welcome to the typing side of the forum :) Nice looking setup. Have fun while you make them "pay" for themselves. That cab sure looks nice.
Thanks! I'm literally looking for other stuff to do now, the grass/brush isn't growing fast enough! [emoji4]

Yes, I had lots of time to research what I wanted, and not that the other brands are bad, I just felt that Kubota offered a great value for the money. This forum sure helped make my mind up.

^ Cheers for that! My wife is from Blighty. Still lots of family there. Haven't been for a visit for a year or so, I think we're due!

I did quite a bit of research and landed on the B2650HSDC, right size, heated/AC cab, etc. I have the same loader and also got the 6' snow blade. You may want to look at some hooks, I went with Ken's hooks, he is on the forum and he has some good products. You can look at some of the set ups in the Fab section of this forum.

The hooks definitely sound like a great idea. Will have to look into that! Thanks for the advice!

I have a 64" snowblower coming, they'll be bringing it over late fall when I'm done cutting the grass and brush for the year.

I don't think I have EVER looked forward to winter like this before! [emoji16]

Looks like I might be the newbiest newbie yet :) . Just joined about 5 minutes ago...had my new L3301 HST about a month now.

I too look for stuff to do with my new toy...that is when I can find time to do so. I did get to move a fairly large pile of top soil for the wife yesterday. Most fun I've ever had moving a pile of dirt...lol.
