Need advice. I am going to tackle adding another set of hydraulics to my M7040. I have found a new spool valve for 124.50. A hyd top link for 287.00. Female quick disconnects for 18.00 each. I have a friend in hyd hose business. What else do I need? Can I tee off existing hydraulics or where do I add more? I am determined to add this extra set of hydraulics so I can tilt bale spear for more efficient operation. Thanks in advance.

I got a new M7040 last year about this time. I ordered it with 3-hydraulics as I use a hydraulic center link on my Quick Hitch. They list at my dealer for $825.00 but I got it for $600.00 each . Check with your dealer. You do not want a comb-job on this.

I did have the dealer add the second set of hydraulics. It looked simple enough to do, but the tractor is still under warranty and I did not want to chance messing that up.
