Hi, My first post. I got a new B2910 6 years ago, everything's been fine til recently, on 3 separate occasions when I get off the seat with no PTO or cruise control engaged, the engine quits and when I try to restart, it won't turn over, just a click which I assume is the solenoid.
I've gotten off the seat numerous times without killing the engine, don't know why it's started acting up and I don't know what I do to get it to start again after shifting every lever, stepping on every pedal, tapping the starter, jumping out the operator presence plunger switch under the seat (that didn't help). Any ideas?
Thank you, Mickey in WV, USA

Sounds like the opc (operator presence control) is faulty. It is a common problem with the 2710,2910, and later model 7800. It will mimic a faulty safety switch. The module is located behind the gauge cluster usually on the right hand side on top of the tank. Sometimes it's only a loose wire but most likely the module is faulty. Hope this helps!
