The reverse (dynamic braking) valve is the one on top I suggest you replace it with K7611-14950 , the valve used on the newest machines. It has a small hole in it to bleed residual pressure which will make shifting easier and it is set to a lower pressure which reduces the dynamic braking. If you DO adjust the valve you have I suggest 3 turns, you will still have some braking but not nearly so agressive. Do NOT adjust the bottom (forward travel) relief valve unless you have a +3000# pressure guage plumbed into it so you know what you are doing! You can (and will) break your transmission if you get it above 3500 psi.

First of all, adjusting the HST high pressure valves will have no effect on engaging or disengaging your wheel drive. It will effect shifting the range gears though. you should check if your FWD is working. jack up the rear end of the machine and try driving it in FWD, the front wheels should make it move.
If you want to adjust the reverse high pressure valve it is accessible through a plug on the top of the transmission just at the forward edge of the hydraulic tank (Bed lift). the plug is usually quite tight so be sure you have the right size allen wrench ( 10mm) and that it is fully engaged. When you remove the valve you'll find it has a screwdriver slot in one end and a allen screw in the other. grab it in a vice at the allen screw end and loosen the allen screw, then turn the screwdriver end 3 complete turns counterclockwise then retighten the allen screw. reinstall the valve, small spring and the plug and happy motoring!
We have had some problems with the splines in the rear hubs stripping out but this will give you a "no drive" situation in 2 wheel drive.

A nice way to hold the valve while doing this work is to first drill a hole in a piece of wood the size of the valve. Then cut it in half or cut one side and then put this in the vise with the valve in the hole. Squeeze gently until it holds will being worked on. Don't over squeeze. No damage afterwards makes for easy repair.
