Turn signal bulb went on tractor, had do disassemble the whole assembly you get lens off due to corrosion of the screws, now when I put it back together one side is not working correctly, there are three wires coming through, hot, neutral and the one for the turn signal, can't seem to figure out...

I just purchased a used b2400 and when I unloaded it I noticed that the back wheels are leaning in slightly at the top. I have jacked it up and check all the lugs they are fine I also pulled the wheel off and checked the hub it seems to be fine. Does anyone know if this is the way it is designed...
