Yes, I will mow before I do anything. The attachments I currently own are a JD LX4 rotary mower, a 5' box blade with rippers and a King Kutter 5' rake. I would think maybe a tiller would be the best but most expensive choice?

Not much action on this thread? Maybe this is just a common occurance? It does really bug me though. I will try loosening everything one more time, and then put a jack under the low side when I tighten them up again.
