I found this picture on another site posted 22 years ago by a BX tractor owner. Does such a piece of filter armor exist for purchase or was this a DIY project? I know about BXpanded Armor - I own it in fact. But managed to puncture my hydro filter while mowing. Thanks!

I tried pulling it from the rear with my utility vehicle. But the problem was the steering - absolutely no turning of the steering was possible. So as long as I wanted to tow it in a straight line I was OK, but that won't help me too much. Thank

Appears that yesterday we punctured the hydro filter under the tractor. I want to use my utility vehicle to pull it across my yard to a more favorable location for doing the repairs. I have released the brakes and put the selector into neutral and I can roll it but I need to move it 3-400 feet...

On my BX23S I have to take off the 3-point to use the backhoe. And originally I called them "Snap Rings" because that is what it called them in the instructions.

Got my BX 3 Point Hitch from the dealer and put it together this morning for the first time. The left and right lift rods are attached using "snap rings". Any reason why I could not replace those with a correctly sized lynch pin? I can see that the snap ring is going to be a bit more secure...
