Thanks for that info. It does not move because it is locked in place between 2 set screws. One is really rusted and it won't move so I am soaking it now. I really appreciate it. I will report back once I am able to move it.

I bought a used d905. Don't know what it is out of. But I don't seem to be able to controll the throttle. It seems the reason it is slowing down is because I am maybe cutting the fuel off with the throttle lever. Otherwise it seems to run wide open. I would like tonrun a hydraulic pump with it.
