Doing the conversion from filter element to spin cartridge this week. Since the element seems to be discontinued. Plan on using a Wix filter and Was wondering what oil everyone is using. Not sure when the last time the oil was changed. Last owner doesn't know either so I am sure it is time...

I know that the L1500 and the L175 are similar but I have the L1500DT which is 4wd. Does anyone know if parts from the L185DT fit for the steering components will fit the L1500DT? Specifically the tie rods?
