    Thank you very much. I did not notice the flywheel being different. In the Kubota manual i have, the dimensions are the same.

    While looking around for a D722-E replacement for a 2003 BX1800, I found a D782-E through a friend. Engine HP at rpm are different, along with Max bore speed and displacement (obviously), according to the Kubota engine manual that includes both models. Does anyone know if i can interchange...

    Yeah, i know this is a very old thread, just wondering if it worked out for you? I'm in the same predicament but with a BX1800 and i can get a D782 but can't find a D722 at a reasonable price. Thank you
