I was hoping for a failed clip or o-rings, but it's a leak in the pipe.

My B3200 has a leak in the hydraulic line from the cooler back to the hydraulic filter (PIPE, RETURN Part # 6C360-39320.) I am at a loss as to how to wiggle that line out without taking off the front end loader and parts of the frame. Am I missing a trick? Is this in the WSM somewhere?

I had my B2400 with the LA351 loader in the shop, they did some work & sent it back after replacing some parts including the "HOSE 7, HYDRAULI Part # 75536-66510" that connects the loader. As you can see in the picture, they did not tie up the hose with the three cable ties shown in the parts...

I have similar symptoms & thought that with a failing battery a jump would compensate, but had the same symptom: good volts prior to cranking but drawing down immediately- was that the same symptom? Even with a dead battery I could jump before, but not with this. Update: put in a new battery...

Schematic is very useful, thanks. Looks like the hold circuit is simple, with only a fuse and two connectors. Will have to disassemble some more stuff to trace that line....

This was easy to try, using a jumper cable: did not fix the problem. it is a three wire solenoid, so I would not expect the case to ground to be critical.
