It has 4 gears and hi range low range and reverse. When started in gear it works fine but does feel like its pulling a little not enough to move but it rocks When I press clutch once its running I can stop like normal. But when I change gears or go from hi low or reverse it acts like I dont...

Work fine but sat for a month and when I started it it would not go In gear. So I shut it off and started in gear. Once running if you take out ov gear it won't go back In.

My tractor will start in gear and I can come to complete stop by depressing clutch. But I can not shift gears when running. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
