Hi, Have a M9540. My fan comes on even when the fan speed control is turned off, can give a wack right below the climate control panel on the fan side to turn it on and off. So I am assuming there is some loose connection or failing circuit in the control panel. My question is how do i get to...

Just heard back from a service rep at my local dealer. In case anyone is curious the air gap for this is .026 BUT this clutch is none adjustable. Time for a new clutch.

I have searched everywhere and can't find the correct specs to set my a/c clutch air gap to. Anyone here know? or at least a ballpark measurement. Have narrowed down my a/c issue to the clutch. It cools great for awhile then blows hot. Turn it off for a little while and it will blow cold again...
