Finally i simply removed 2 bushings lightly sanded and put it back together. With grease.. nearly cost = 0$

I should add, not only it doesn't return to neutral, it sticks either to forward or reverse, once i press on the pedal it stays there. The tech at Kubota just told me it could be the rod going throu the transmission or a bearing. I'm trying to fix it myself... simply because of the cost of mob...
