    First thank all of you for the support. Second after getting a light to hit the block at the right angle the letter R appeared next to one of the fittings. Third the output is on the left side (driver's side for us Yanks).

    The block appears to have it's own pressure relief valve on the left side to the rear of the block.

    Since the tractor has a loader and easy to get at hydraulics it's hydraulic blasphemy.

    If the lines are capped it kills the three point, it was being used to power a back hoe and will be used now for a power link.

    I assume that this block replaces or moves the pressure relief for the three point.

    Nope, return goes into the same aluminum block. There is a round knob to the right that looks like it's original equipment, what is it for?

    Thank you but the supply is my issue. the spool valves are clearly labeled (cast into the housing). It's a two function single casting spool assembly mounted outside on the end of the right fender.

    This is quite similar to the set up on this tractor. It would appear that pressure is from the left side looking forward. I may be dealing with an aftermarket version of this set up.

    I'm working on a L2950 for a friend and the extra hydraulics appear to be tapped into the pressure for the three point. Without making a huge mess how do I determine the out and in connections. UPDATE.. Problem solved with no small thanks to this community. The advice on the fitting...
