Well said! I've moved that house without issue with a 60hp Fiat. It was on flat ground, grass and real slow so the weight of it would stop all movement on a soft surface. I just don't want to break the gearbox in the first week of ownership LOL.

Thanks Paul. We're leaning towards buying it with the issues, running if it's not a big nuisance and planning to fix it if necessary. We'd still come out ahead, in the long run, to have a quality machine vs a cheaper brand/model.
