Theres really not a lot to rebuilding a ram . The spot that may tie ya up is gettin the gland seal in . I used to have my guy pop the gland seals in for me till I bought a set of the gland tools . Most places will do the gland seal for free after ya buy the parts from them . animals45

just pull the ram & take it to yer local hydraulic shop & they will give ya what ya need . You may or may not be able to break the gland nut loose . For all the rams I've rebuilt it has always been cheaper for me to get the parts from my local shop .& install them by myself over finding & buying...

ya should be able to pick up new couplers at a hydraulic for 20-30 bucks each , & I think thats on the hi-side . animal
