85Hokie I thought it would go better with a vertical bandsaw, 6 tooth blade maybe. I think the table only tilts one way, so that may not work. If I drew it up in CAD, I could get a fab shop to cut it out, maybe. Your bar sure looks great.

Is it 1/2" x 6" flat stock, what is the the set back for the pointed, how wide is the blunt point and spacing? I think I could cut it out with my vertical metal cutting bandsaw. We're talking up to 6 weeks backorder.
