    I ran two 4 gauge wires from the battery to the back of my L4060LE, most in split loom to power a winch. The wires feed into two (positive & negative) distribution blocks.     I used ten bags of #80 quickcrete. Works great, made a BIG difference how the tractor performed. It needs more concrete and a slot cut for the upper link to travel in. That'll happen when at the farm next. I did weld some rebar to the upper link receiver, they make a triangle and go about 16"...

    I'm new at this but have done a lot of research on counterweights, I have to say this one is by far my favorite. I have a 55 gallon barrel filled with 800 pounds of concrete. It works fine but this one is very nice.

    I've used a couple gallons of the Herculiner from Lowes on other projects and it's all in the prep work. Getting the metal as clean as possible after scuffing it seems to make the difference.
