Ever since one of my customers went out of business, a lumber mill/lumber yard, I have trouble finding enough kindling, as I start my stove(s), every day. I read, like everything, most firestarters are junk. Does anyone use these for starting stoves? What brands? Thanks!

Thanks for the ideas. I cannot use the one sold at TSC, my lift arms do not have a unused spot until about 16 inched closer to the transaxle. Found one that would work, I think, at stevestractors.

I need one. I've been searching the web, but have not seen any unit that would work with my lift arms, because of the adjustment parts are in the way. I have seen a homemade " shoe" that "locks" the drawbar to the lift arm between the two at one of the pin ends. I could probably weld one up, but...

43mm long with a 22mm OD---light AL alloy I would guess-- looks almost new. Have not done any work on the L3430 except oil change in the last few months. Was on wood detail yesterday for a couple hours, found this in the drive later on. Any suggestions?

Minus 4* F here in NH as I type. Simple fix, I keep my grease guns and a couple spare tubes in the cellar of my house near the boiler during the winter.
