    LB400 bucket cylinder(s) rebuild

I ordered another smaller size pin spanner wrench that actually fits the bucket cylinders. It is a Vmotor Chrome Vanadium Adjustable C Spanner Hook Wrench Tool - 3/4-2"(19-51mm) from Amazon for $11.00 The pin size 4mm and is stamped 3/4-2 for OD of nut. It is a perfect fit. Hopefully this...

    LB400 bucket cylinder(s) rebuild

I received the Gearwrench 81862 with the 3/16” pin. It’s a perfect fit on the boom cylinder nuts. For the bucket cylinder nuts (that I’m working on), the pin is about .005” too big, but it worked. About 3 love taps with my dead blow hammer and they spun free. And yes, I did leave them on the...

    LB400 bucket cylinder(s) rebuild

Thanks Wolfman that's the same one I was looking at elsewhere for nearly double the price. I ordered one and will give it a try and let everyone know how it works.

    LB400 bucket cylinder(s) rebuild

Has anyone done this before that could tell me what you used for a wrench? I can build one easy enough, but if there's one available for purchase I'd do that first. Pin type spanner wrench.

    B2100 HST wont start

Yes I would check all of the safety interlock switches. I had a 2120 Ford that would not start if the PTO lever had been pushed ever so slightly beyond the detent to disengage the PTO. Took me exactly one time of walking a mile to get a truck to jump start it before I figured out that one. ;)

    Trailer for BX2680

I would go with a 6.4 x 16. I like tandem axles if for no other reason you have a chance to save it and get off the road if a tire blows out. If you ever decide to sell it, a 16ft trailer is easy to get rid of.

    Front tires

Until you get them replaced be careful when airing them up. I had a front tire on a 4wd compact tractor explode with my head directly over the rupture. They were weathercracked but not severe. Complete blowout big enough to stick your fist in. My ears rang for a couple of days, otherwise I was...

I wonder about new Kubota tractors...

I don’t have a lot of hope for Tier 4 and beyond engines. Not just in tractors but anything that requires a prime mover. I hope we go back to about 1997 technology, but doubt it will happen.

Anyone use the Kubota app on iPhone

If nothing else the one page with fluid capacities is real handy.

Anyone use the Kubota app on iPhone

Well I at least can view the owners manual for my new to me L2500DT. Not that I really need it but good to know I can.
