Kubota Service Insurance Offered on New Tractor Purchase

Do you have any hills that your tractor can run away and crash into trees? It's more of a gamble, not getting it vs. having it. For some it's a peace of mind... Can you afford to replace it if it's destroyed? If you don't think you'll drop a tree on it.... or do other questionable things to...

    Grapple options for the L2501/LA525

Looks like an importer (China) vs. a manufacturer from the US. I wouldn't use a website that doesn't post their prices and you have to "Log In" - actually, their whole website looks suspect... MHO

Using box blade forks to level road with tight space

The original poster left right after posting the question, and has not been back. His main question was if he can use just the right side ripper shanks? Yes, I've done it lots of time to cut sideways into a side slope to flatten it out and level an area...

    Strange Blade

Looks like someone welded on the backside of the blade for the ripper shanks. I love that they just flip up/down and you don't have to pin them. Quick and easy... very clever.

    How to measure fluid level

You can add red dye to the hydraulic system or you can replace the sight glass. For replacement, get on a side slope angle where the oil goes to the other side. John Deere makes a red dye, https://shop.deere.com/us/product/MT3668:-Hydraulic-Oil-Dye-Fluid,-D-50,-12-ml/p/MT3668 Only need 1/2 or...

    Hydraulic Top Link Kit

DOESN'T WORK, SEE NEXT POST BELOW... It's going to cost more (and I doubt there's a "kit") but buy the valve with "Float" for the top link and you can push or pull it out as you need. I don't know if it takes much effort to move the piston when it's in float. BUT make sure your toplink...

Stalling tractor when using posthole digger

Take smaller "bites" into the ground. More up and down... Always have your foot on the clutch, Once it starts to cork screw into the earth, step on the Clutch. Good to have a 2 or 3 foot pipe wrench to unscrew the auger instead of rocking back and forth.
