I did a check on the net and found out that the parts alone are about 1000 if I got it right, kind of unbelievable but thats what I found so that would leave 600 for labor which actually seems reasonable. its just a slap to have to pay that much for a freakin driveshaft

I was quoted 1600. to replace a universal joint on my gr 2020 it seems a bit high is this a correct price? it is the joint between the motor and trans what I would call a driveshaft but I think its called a universal joint.
