Ok, I torqued down the delivery valves, and replaced the bars, and still the same thing. Honestly though I don't think it's trying to run away, it just won't respond to throttle response or input from either kill switch. Is there a diagram anywhere online of these pumps?

Also is there a torque spec for the keeper bars that hold the delivery valves at their torque specs?

Ok, that's probably what I did, I snuggled them up, because one of them was leaking around the base, I assume I need to check and see if it has an o-ring that needs to be replaced. My brother in law didn't hold back up on them while he tightened and loosened the injector lines to bleed them, so...
