Good news! I pulled off the pump today. No Damage! Turned out I must have just forced air back into the pump, causing it to cavitate. The pickup / tank line on the pump is pretty high up. The dry pump must have no been able to draw the fluid uphill that far. Anyway, the loader is working...

So if I block off the tank line, do I connect the new valve like this? Pump port on the tractor to P port on new valve? Power Beyond Port on the tractor to T port on new valve? Thanks

So I have tried leaving the front blade and/or the 3ph in an up position, I also left them lowered, but not floating..... But the problem still exists. Sometimes there are no hydraulics at start up. I tried wiggling the joystick, without any effect. After about a minute or so, the hydraulics...

Actually the it is not a temperature issue. The tractor is kept inside a heated building +10 C. I have been leaving the joystick in down/float position. I've started leaving the blade up, to see if the issue was realated to the float. Just have to wait and see if it happens again...
