    If the old shoes have not been run inside the new drums metal to metal, badly scoring the drums, you can clean up the drums with course sandpaper. This not a F1 race car.

    Not sure why you want a plow. Few folks plow these days as tillers are much preferred. If you plow you will also need a disc to finish the soil unless you have a tiller, in which case you do not need a plow.

    It can be trailered. My BW 15.50 Woods was delivered about 75 miles via 1 ton truck with trailer. I simply backed onto the trailer to hitch up in order to unload.
