Helping a friend, we have the manual. It indicates draining the trans and draining the hydraulics. Then filling both from the same place behind the operators seat on the 3 point hitch. Does the trans and hydraulics use the same oil?

I removed all four hyd cylinders from my 3130L and brought them to the dealer. They quoted me about $1100. for parts and labor to replace the seals. Does this sound right? It's a messy job removing the cylinders getting oil all over everything. I will replace the cylinders also. Just sounds...

200mph Thanks for that info. I have no problems with HST or hydraulics, but doing an 800 hour fluids change. I'll look around for where this screen is and probably pull it out and clean it. Dale

Going to do the hst trans and hydraulic filter and oil change. Is there a screen somewhere I need to clean while the fluid is out? Dale
