Mixed reasons for trying to spec original part, obvious one was to obtain replacement seals but the other was to see if the B5001 was the same as B5000 for parts. Bit of an expensive gamble though I agree and might be lucky with these parts but others are...

I managed to find a dealer today in the UK who can get the axle seals for a B5001 on 3-day order at £24.84 each + Vat and postage so have ordered a couple and hopefully they will be the same as the B5000. According to the workshop manual I have they are supposed to be, but guess you can never...

Recently purchased a B5000 that was in very good condition, but did not realise it was a grey import to the UK........:eek: Unfortunatly after a few weeks one of the rear axle seals has started to leak oil. Unsure if the seal is the same as on other models but have managed to prise it out...
